Furthermore contained in this new photograph release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for dock shelters.
